The Camus Caribbean Expedition Cognac undergoes different maturation processes until it is bottled. First the rum is stored for four years on the sailing ship "De Gallant" before the journey ends in Barbados. There it is handed over to the Master Distiller, Richard Seale, of Foursquare Distillery. Richard Seale allowed the rum to mature for a few more years before bottling the cognac in an elegant bottle.
