Dveri-Pax Furmint sweet 2012
Harvesting: In mid-October, we picked up the most beautiful clusters of chiffon and allowed them to dry in the airy attic of our basement. After four months, in the first week of February 2013, we picked only perfectly healthy strawberries that looked like golden-yellow raisins.
Vinification: Stainless steel tanks.

Description of the wine
The deep golden color slowly tends to amber and indicates a high predicate. The smell is clean, sophisticated, with dried pears and apples and raisins and honey. Very sweet in the mouth, with wonderful, ripe acid.
A wine you can enjoy for at least 20 years or more.
