In 1942 Don Julio opened his first distillery, in honor of the 60th anniversary of this distillery, the Don Julio 1942 Tequila Añejo 100% Agave was produced.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: sweet, vanilla, notes of nuts, almonds and chocolate, hints of cinnamon and oak. Taste: Agave, caramel, toffee, caramelised cherries, hints of tropical fruit and spices. Finish: Long lasting.
