A perfect balance between power, finesse, and complexity is obtained from the predominant presence of Pinot Noir and other reserve wines.
The Tape Collection comes in three different designs. The design will be randomly selected and shipped.
Grape varieties: Chardonnay 28%, Pinot Noir 56%, Pinot Meunier 16%.
Residual sugar: 10 g/l.
Acidity: 5,4 g/l.
Drinking temperature: 8°C.
Storage potential: 3-4 years.
The champagne goes very well with seafood, parmesan, salmon, fish tartar, and duck.

Tasting notes:
Elegant golden yellow in the glass. Uniform and very fine bubbles. In the nose complex and fruity notes of peaches, mirabelle, and pears. At the palate noticeable roast flavors and vanilla.
