It was made from local sugar cane molasses.
It was stored for less than a year in tanks with wooden stave pieces from port wine wooden barrels originating from South Africa.
Nose: wood, leather, dried fruit, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut.
Taste: Creamy, sweet, caramel, vanilla, oranges, roasted nuts, grapes, tropical red fruits.
Finish: Long lasting, wood, grapes.
