Method of Aging and Production:
Harvesting is by hand when the grapes are ripe but not overripe. The fermentation takes place for one year without any yeast in contact with the sediment. Bottle without filtering.
Today the farm manages 9 hectares of vineyards in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet.
The Busero family is based in the world-famous Meursault region, where grapes have been grown for over 10 generations. Although there are no Grand Cru vineyards in the municipality, almost as much wine is produced here as in the entire Côte-De-Bon region. According to many sommeliers, the most interesting burgundy white wines are produced here.
