Fantinel One & Only Prosecco Brut 2018

VINEYARD: Tauriano estate vineyards in the province of Pordenone, which always guarantees levels of absolute excellence.
GRAPES: 100% Glera.
PREPARATION: destemmed and pressed grapes, must fermentation flower small autoclaves and second fermentacuón according Martinotti method for 120 days.
PAIRING: fish tartare, eggs and pies, sausages and cold cuts and fried fish.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C
At sight it shows a straw yellow color; the perlage is fine and persistent. The nose aromas recall notes of linden and hawthorn, alternating with fruity nuances. In the mouth it is welcoming, medium-bodied, with excellent acidity that facilitates drinking.
Ideal to accompany a good aperitif, it goes well with seafood in general. It gives its best with a tuna tartare.
