By adding 12 different botanicals, including juniper, coriander, almonds and cinnamon, this gin gets its distinctive taste.
The special thing about this juniper schnapps is that it matures for about 3 months in barrels that were previously filled with Fino Sherry for at least 10 years - this gives it its bright, intense colour.
